The young talents in the industry with ears to the street and eyes to the sky are the next in line ready to make magic. By bringing new perspectives, new ideas and new businessmodels into our industry they are a vital part in changing the music scene. But who are the next 20 that just did something that creative, smart and innovative to make it to the Top 20 under 30 of 2020? Who will be our next leaders and form the music industry in the years to come?
To qualify, candidates must work in a Nordic music- or entertainment company, or cultural organization with close ties to the music industry. Candidates who turn 30 in 2020 are eligible.

Top 20 under 30 of 2020 will be announced in early February, just in time to make it to by:Larm in Oslo where we will meet and have a nice award ceremony.

Deadline January 15th
National jurors will review all nominations from each country. They will create a long list from each country that is sent to a joint Nordic jury as best as possible by 10 key people in the Nordic and international music industry. These juries will come together in the end of January. The jury will base itself on several factors, including but not limited to: business growth, career development, industry advertising, industry influence in 2019, artist development, innovation in their blanket, concert revenue, sales and streaming figures, radio and TV coverage and execution of promotion campaigns.
Top 20 under 30 is initiated by NOMEX, the joint network for the Nordic export offices; Export Music Sweden, Iceland Music Export, Music Export Denmark, Music Finland and Music Norway.
